Managing your Email Newsletters

If you have an email newsletter system on your website, you can access the administration system for it from your Control Panel, or through Email Newsletter in the Administrator Menu.

There are several parts to the email newsletter administration:

Messages: This is where you can find the email newsletter messages which have been sent out, and create new messages to send.

Newsletters: Newsletters are the lists of email addresses that your messages are sent to. You have more than one Newsletter list if you want, for example a public newsletter and a seperate special newsletter for clients, staff or trustees.

Subscriptions: Here you can manage all of the email addresses who are subscribed to your newsletters.

Users: If you have a User Login System on your website, here you can see which of your website users are subscribed to which newsletter.

Newsletter Statistics: This is a graphical overview of recent subscriptions.
